Ashworth Inc and Canadian based Fletcher Leisure Group Inc have announced an outerwear licensing agreement for Sunice, the Fletcher Leisure Group’s premium performance outwear brand, in Europe. The alliance makes Ashworth Europe exclusive distributors of Sunice.
Fletcher Leisure Group’s decision to partner Ashworth is part of their global strategic plan to unite distribution for the brand in key growth markets under the management of one single organisation. “Rapid acceleration of sales and distribution in Europe is a top priority,” says Sunice’s President Mark Fletcher. “We feel that the infrastructure and reputation provided by Ashworth will be instrumental in achieving this objective. Strong, loyal customer support for the brand has already been established in Europe and now we aim to drive this to the next level.”
