It’s back again, quicker than anyone thought. Yesterday was Blue Monday, which is meant to be the most depressing day of the year due to factors such as the weather, debt and low motivation, all contributing to feelings of sadness and hopelessness.

Global technical outdoor brand, Helly Hansen asked 2,000 people when they last truly felt alive and coincidentally, one in ten admitted they felt they are completely missing fun from their lives. We have used the results to collate a list of the top 20 things to do that can help make you feel more Alive.
