2010 sees an exciting tent range expansion for Coleman that is set to further strengthen its position in the tent market. The extension comes from the development of tents in the Coleman Premium Family range, Coleman Classic range and Coleman Exponent Adventure range, with the portfolio now covering a wider selection of price points. The Coleman Mackenzie Cabin range epitomises luxury camping for the family.
The range includes 4 and 6 person structures, offering comfortable, separate sleeping areas and a spacious living area for the family to congregate. The new Coleman Evanston range has been designed for family living convenience. The range includes 4 and 6 person tunnels tents with generous head height throughout. Handy features include fast erect, up-in-one set-up for quick and easy pitching whatever the weather. New to the Coleman Exponent Adventure line of tents is the Pictor range. Comprising two backpacking tunnels tents for two or three people, they feature an exceptionally wind-strong and stable low-profile tunnel design with extra-strong 7001-T6 aluminium poles to stand up to difficult conditions. An exciting addition to the 2010 range is the Coleman Exponent EasiPitch tent.
A revolution in tent design, EasiPitch is a patented new tent construction, developed by Coleman engineers to significantly reduce both tent set-up and pack-down times. The poles are pre-inserted into the pole sleeves and the inner is pre-attached before you take the EasiPitch out of its bag, resulting in tent set-up time of under 2 minutes. At the end of the camping trip, the tent is equally quick and easy to pack-away. It combines strong Wrapflex poles with an aluminium front pole for additional strength and enhanced headroom.
