Last week, Craghoppers walked away with the UK E-commerce Award for 2019 for Fashion Apparel or Footwear E-commerce Website of the Year. The award recognises and rewards an exceptional fashion, clothing or shoes retail website that offers an excellent user experience and shows creativity, functionality, and conversion of the website.
At a prestigious awards event held at Montcalm Marble Arch Hotel, London on 6th March, Craghoppers was given the award because the judges were particularly impressed with the overall website strategy including the use of brand ambassadors, regular testing and site speed improvements. The judges remarked that Craghoppers was “A stand out winner in this category.”
Representing Craghoppers were Fiona Johnson – Head of Marketing, Alex Wall – E-commerce Executive and Kirsty Hitchen – Senior Graphic Designer and Fiona had this to say, “We are obviously delighted to win this award, especially when up against some stiff competition. It acknowledges the dedication and creativity of the team that has put the Craghoppers website above the competition.”
