Following the acquisition of Hoka One One, UK sales and customer service moved to Deckers effective from July 1st.
This has been planned to coincide with the beginning of the forward order placement period for the SS15 season, which also commenced on July 1st. Sales will be handled by a dedicated team of three UK sales people covering the North, South East and the West and Ireland respectively. All customer service enquiries for the UK market will be dealt with via a local rate telephone number. Both the names and contact details for the UK sales team, in addition to the UK customer service number will be confirmed separately at a later date.
These organisational changes will see overall responsibility for Hoka One One in the UK transfer to Chris Cavanagh, brand director EMEA, with responsibility for all marketing activities transferring to Luke Schryver, marketing manager. Simon Brown of sports PR agency Candid Solutions has been appointed to undertake UK public relations on behalf of the brand.
