Outdoor and sport brand claims new running shoe will help wearers ‘go further, faster, for longer’
Hi-Tec has launched the V-Lite Infinity trail running footwear collection, which it said will help wearers ‘go further, faster, for longer’.
The V-Lite Infinity range features Ion-Mask hydrophobic technology, exclusive to Hi-Tec, which has been proven to reduce water uptake by nearly 90 per cent compared to untreated shoes.
In addition, V-Lite Infinity shoes feature Seamless Upper Zone Engineering (S.U.Z.E.), again exclusive to Hi-Tec products. This is a one-piece mesh that minimises seams and reduces hotspots and blisters, improving comfort and providing structure and support, Hi-Tec said.
There is also an exclusively-designed Vibram outsole, and a custom dual density 3D counterbalance midsole to maximise running gait and correct over-pronation, effectively reducing the risk of serious injury to the wearer according to Hi-Tec.
Other features of the V-Lite Infinity range include heat seal overlays, TPU shank support with ESS protection. moulded toe cap, reflective safety details, microfibre collar lining, Comfort-Tec contoured innersole and a lightweight TPU shank.
The range is available in UK men’s sizes 7-13 and UK women’s sizes 4-8. Men’s shoes feature a choice of dark grey/infinity green/silver, olive/taupe/sunflower or red/black/silver colourways.
Women’s are available as either black/aquamatic/squash or black/melon.
