Following a team restructure earlier this year, British brand Montane’s expansion continues apace with the recruitment of three new key members of staff.
Rebecca Inch, Liam Steinbeck and Caroline Crouch have been appointed as managers of ecommerce & digital marketing, materials and production & merchandising respectively.
Managing director Jake Doxat said of the new arrivals: “The fact that we have appointed Rebecca, Liam and Caroline within a week of each other is a strongly indicative of the Montane’s success and our future outlook. Montane’s ethos is very much about driving new growth and acting as dynamically as we can. I am confident that all three will have a positive impact on the brand’s continued performance and bring new, specialist skills to the mix.”
Rebecca, Liam and Caroline bring a wealth of experience with them: Rebecca has worked at Equip, Liam at Berghaus and W. L. Gore & Associates, and Caroline at Blacks and J. Barbour & Sons, amongst others.
At the same time, Terry Stephenson has been promoted to Head of Marketing. Terry arrived at Montane four years ago joining from the Outdoor Industry Association (OIA).
