OIA add Joanne Black to board

Joanne Black 2The Outdoor Industries Association recently announced their newest board member.  

Joanne Black, Craghoppers Buying Director and MD for Retail, has become the OIA’s newest board member. Joanne joined Regatta, the family business, in 1990, having earned her stripes through her career as graduate trainee buyer and merchandiser with Burton Retail before moving to Hobbs Ltd in the late 1980’s as footwear and knitwear buyer. Innovation has always been at the heart of Joanne’s role.

As Craghoppers Buying Director, she and her team have introduced the best-selling Kiwi trouser, the world first NosiLife range and more recently Recycled fleece to the market. These innovations have been key to Craghoppers’ success and its position as a leading international travel brand. J
