ROBENS 2017 SLEEPING BAGS TOPS FOR VALUE, PERFORMANCE AND QUALITY

Sleep comfort is essential to the success of any outdoor adventure and award-winning outdoor equipment manufacturer, Robens, has added three new models and updated its popular Caucasus range to ensure its choice of 19 performance sleeping bags caters for needs while balancing performance, materials and budgets. Every feature and material used in construction is carefully selected and has its own unique advantages, adding value, performance and quality to the end product, to give the user the best possible result.
New for 2017, the Pamir 750 (pictured left) joins Robens lightest range that addresses the demand for ultra lightweight performance sleeping bags through the use of a quality 90:10, 700FP (Fill Power) duck down mix combined with the superior Toray Taffeta nylon shell and Taffeta nylon lining. The 1,190g sleeping bag adds up to four season performance to the range that features the 590g Pamir 250 and 950g Pamir 500. Both the Pamir 500 and the new 750 feature a full-length centre YKK Auto-lock zip with anti-snag guard and insulated baffle for convenient easy access. The waterproof roll-top sack and low pack size/weight make the Pamir ideal for backpacking.
The Killarney range of more casual rectangular sleeping bags now comprises three models as the popular Killarney Down is complemented by the Killarney Outback (pictured right) and Killarney Outback Double. Designed to complement Outback and Adventure tents, Killarney sleeping bags echo the home comforts expected by leisure campers who appreciate the relaxed hood, rectangular shape and the ability to open up duvet-style. The two new Outback sleeping bags have an all-cotton outer and lining with siliconised MicroThermo High Loft filling. Two-way L-shaped YKK zips with auto-lock and full length zip baffle ensure reliable long term performance and temperature control, helped by the adjustable hood. All have compression stuff sacks and feature external hanging loops for airing and storage − the Killarney Down also comes with a storage sack.
The three models in the Caucasus range (900 model pictured left) offer a choice of the best warmth to weight ratios to cover most outdoor adventures, thanks to their highly technical construction and high quality 90:10 600FP Down filling. They are extremely compressible, making for a small pack size, and come with their own waterproof roll-top compression sack to make sure the Down stays dry no matter the conditions. The new 2017 3D hood design enhances comfort and insulation around the head.
Trailhead, Far Away and Carpathian ranges continue unchanged.
