Outdoor industry veteran Chip Coe has joined TEKO as Chief Executive Officer and stockholder. “I am very proud to be able to announce Chip joining TEKO both as the CEO and as an investor,” said Gordon Fraser, TEKO’s Chairman and majority stockholder. “It is fantastic to have such an experienced and passionate individual to lead the company in an industry that we love so much. Meanwhile, TEKO has announced the appointment of Rich Weight to the role of Director of Sales. Rich is a very experienced and respected veteran of the outdoor industry, having served as Director of Sales for Chaco for many years, and helped position that brand as one of the most respected in the specialty outdoor and footwear channels. Rich also served as Director of Sales at Cloudveil, another premium, authentic brand that Rich helped lead to stardom. Rich assumes responsibility for sales and customer service functions, and will partner with Owen Hammond, Teko General Manager, on overall corporate strategy and planning.
