Mark Wilkinson, the Leicester-based entrepreneur whose clothing business acquired exclusive rights to the Stylo brand 12 months ago, said: “Stylo is still one of the most recognised British golf brands among consumers and has enormous potential, although in recent years it has been treading water. Our first objective was to reinvigorate the shoe designs with bolder styles and brighter colours that would appeal to more golfers, while retaining the core values of Stylo’s heritage that appeal to the more traditional customer.”
The new look Stylo, whose new trade catalogue is now available to retailers, has modern, dynamic designs. But it keeps the company’s core values of quality – Stylo enjoyed one of the golf industry’s lowest returns rates for shoes – and value; the whole range has a 12-month waterproof guarantee.
