Magnum’s new H4H running trainers given P2i ion-mask coating for free.

P2i have coated 1,200 pairs of the brand new Magnum H4H running trainer, the V-Lite Intrepid HPi H4H free of charge in a bid to help raise £10,000 for the ‘Help for Heroes’ charity.

Developed by Magnum, a military and uniform footwear brand, the V-Lite Intrepid HPi is designed as a lightweight, off-road/trail running shoe. Protected by P2i’s ion-mask technology, the V-Lite Intrepid HPi keeps wearers comfortable and dry by repelling water from the outside while maintaining control of temperature and breathability.

Dr. Stephen Coulson, CTO of P2i, comments: “Supporting the H4H charity gives a great sense of pride and achievement for P2i as we return to our Military roots. In 2004, P2i spun out from the UK Ministry of Defence to commercialise technology originally developed to make soldiers protective clothing more effective against chemical attack."

Officially endorsed by the Help for Heroes charity,10% from the sale price of each V-light Intrepid HPi H4H will go to Help for Heroes Trading Limited which gift aids all its taxable profits to Help for Heroes.
